How To Play for a NEW HOME:
WIN a Home Promotion

Between September 9th, 2009 and November 8th, 2009, every prospective homebuyer (non-realtor) will have the opportunity to participate in the Penny Power Promotion. These contestants (non-realtor) will have a chance to participate in a penny toss competition in which the first 100 to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from 10’ away (using their own pennies, which will be donated to charity), will be entered into a finale event (November 10th, Gwinnett Center, 9 a.m.). The 100 finalists (and select number of runner-ups) will receive an invitation to the event, in which everyone will have the chance to win a NEW HOME from BOWEN FAMILY HOMES.

How to earn tosses:

Tour a Bowen Family Homes community and register – 1 toss
Pre-qualified to buy a home with the Bowen Family Homes preferred lender – 3 tosses
If you are under contract or write a contract on a Bowen Family Homes home – 5 tosses

Each homebuyer (non-realtor contestant) is allowed only one position in the final 100

Where to toss the pennies:
Pennies can be pitched at any one of the 13 participating Bowen Family Homes Atlanta communities. Saturday, Monday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Friday and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

On November 10th at 9 a.m., at the Gwinnett Center (6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, Georgia 30097), Bowen will host an event for the 100 finalists to have a competition where each finalist will get one chance to toss a penny and see if they’re the lucky winner of a NEW HOME from Bowen Family Homes! (Minimum prize is $2,500)

How To Play for $50,000 CASH: Realtors & Brokers ONLY Promotion

Between September 9th, 2009 and November 8th, 2009, every Realtor will have the opportunity to participate in the Penny Power Promotion. The Realtors will have a chance to participate in a penny toss competition in which the first 100 realtors to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from 10’ away (using their own pennies, which will be donated to charity), will be entered into a finale event (November 10th, Gwinnett Center, 9 a.m.) The 100 finalists (and select number of runner-ups) will receive an invitation to the event, in which everyone will have the chance to win $50,000 from BOWEN FAMILY HOMES.

How to earn tosses:

Tour a Bowen Family Homes community or attend a “Penny Power” event – 1 toss
Preview a Bowen Family Homes Community with a client – 3 tosses
Client writes a contract on a Bowen Family Homes home – 5 tosses
